Seventh Edge prints with plastisol ink. Unlike water-based inks, plastisol needs to be heated and cured to become permanent. At Seventh Edge, we cure our ink using a flash heater. As a result, fading along the edges of the image may occur over time.
Seventh Edge designs are hand-printed. This could result in slight variations between prints and image placement.
For long lasting results in preserving the image, follow these instructions:
- Abrasion when washing and drying can cause fading of the image. To avoid this, turn the clothing inside out before washing and drying.
- Use cold water when washing, and set to a gentle dry.
- Avoid ironing the printed image.
